Eagle Valley High School

 

EVHS serves the communities of the western part of Eagle County.  We will have a total population of 1000 students next year and compete in 4A athletics as a part of CHSAA.  Our demographics include 50% Hispanic, 48% White, and 2% Other ethnic populations.  We have a proud history dating back to the 1950's and represent a strong community of students, parents and staff members. We encourage interested applicants to research our school at http://www.eagleschools.net/schools/evhs/

 

We also offer a variety of athletic and activities programs.  Candidates who are experienced and/or willing to coach or sponsor extra curricular activities will receive strong consideration.

 

 

Must be knowledgeable of NORDIC and how to teach. Must be able to follow CHSAA rules. Instruct athletes in the fundamental skills, strategies, and physical training necessary for them to realize a degree of individual and team success. At the same time, guide athletes towards the formulation of moral values, pride of accomplishment, acceptable social behavior, self-discipline, and self-confidence.

 

 

SUMMARY OF JOB DESCRIPTION:
Instruct athletes in the fundamental skills, strategies, and physical training necessary for them to realize a degree of individual and team success. At the same time, the student(s) shall receive instruction that will lead to the formulation of moral values, pride of accomplishment, acceptable social behavior, self-discipline and self-confidence.
